Cozy log structures equipped with electric light , lockable doors,ceiling fan, air conditioning, beds complete with mattresses, and cable for your tv. Bring your own linens or sleeping bags, there is a full size bed and a set of bunks. Kamping Kabins sleep up to four people in one-room. You cook outside with a table and grill provided. Pets are allowed in designated pet kabins for a fee of $5 per pet, per day. A great way to try camping!

Spend your vacation in the heart of Civil War country. You can almost smell the gun powder from the cannon fire. Hear the tempo of the marching feet of the soldiers clad in Blue and Gray. The Fredericksburg area offers four major battlefields of the American  Civil War including Spotsylvania Court House, Chancellorsville, The Wilderness and The Battle of Fredericksburg.

Free shuttle to D.C.'s VRE Train on weekdays, or easy access to the Metro. Either of these trains will take you downtown where you can catch a guided tour, Trolley, or Tourmobile. Tourmobile provides transportation with narration for a tour you design yourself.
